The Dolby was first officially opened on 25th August 1993 and is a very popular place to stay whether you are on business or pleasure due to it's serene location which overlooks the waters of The Albert Dock and it's locality to Liverpool city center. Our restaurant serves breakfast daily Monday to Friday 7:00am till 9:30am. Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays 8:00am to 11:00am and selected food from 1:00pm through till 10:00pm
The bar is open from 1:00pm through till 1:00am serving a range of beverages.
